AI has become a powerful brain augmentation tool that can enhance intelligence, speed, and capabilities. It effectively puts a Ph.D. in every subject at your fingertips, enabling you to leverage and supercharge your knowledge and experience.

Because AI is free and easily accessible, our competitors are already taking advantage of it. Every day we delay, we cede ground while undershooting our potential. The field of play has fundamentally changed.

What You Need to Do is Simple:

1.     Choose one or more AIs (e.g., Grok, Chat GPT, Claude), get the free App for your phone, and sign up on your desktop.

2.     Use it daily to answer questions, optimize your team, refine and develop new strategies, solve problems, improve communications, and enhance your leadership skills. In other words, leverage AI intelligence to strengthen your leadership role.

3.     Please send me your most beneficial example every Friday. I'll share with the team so we all grow and learn together.

Brain power is our business, and AI is a powerful brain augmentation tool. Technology and the marketplace have raised the bar for how total brain power is judged and valued. AI as a tool of support and augmentation has become table stakes for leadership performance. Those who wield it most effectively will shape the future of this organization—and perhaps our industry. Choosing not to embrace and leverage AI, like those who once resisted using computers, is a conscious choice to fall behind.
